Gladly surprised with Hotel Rus. Pleasant and clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location. Incredibly helpful and nice staff, especially the receptionist. Nice breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, and their English was great. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and could see that the housekeeping was doing their job all the time. The breakfast was one of the best things about the hotel - we tried Russian pancakes for the first time and they were amazing! the location was good and the hotel facilities were impressive. We would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing time during my city break stay. The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and public transportation was easily accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff were always available. I particularly enjoyed the delicious Russian pancakes served for breakfast and the late-night dining options.
My only complaint was the lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from my overall positive experience at the hotel.

The hotel was pretty close to the airport and easy to find. The rooms were clean and the staff was okay. The breakfast was good and there were plenty of options to choose from.
The staff was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in helping the guests. The location was also not very convenient as it was quite far from the main city attractions.
